Meet The Team
Chris Brooks: Founder and Director
Chris was inspired by the presenters of Capital FM in London whilst growing up. It was always his dream and ambition in life to go and work there and he started towards that dream in 1991 with a show on a UK network of stations called “The Hot FM” where so many of the Capital names had begun their careers.
Eventually Chris made it to 95.8 Capital FM London in 2001 where he started as the Weekend Breakfast Show presenter, going on to host the weekday afternoon show for 5 years.
Whilst there he covered every show on the station. He was entrusted to fill the gap on the flagship Breakfast Show at the time Chris Tarrant left and Jonny Vaughan started.
Chris has been a consultant for various radio stations advising them on production, how to get the most from their presenters, working on the format of a radio station, what direction to go in to maximize the potential and also coaching presenters on a regular basis.
