Paul Chantler is an award-winning radio programmer with more than 25 years experience.

Paul has experience in radio presentation, production and programme management and has been Group Programme Director at three of the UK’s biggest radio groups – Chiltern, Essex and The Wireless Group.

Paul is now an international radio programming consultant advising companies about audience-building strategies and tactics throughout the UK, Europe and Asia as well as undertaking hands-on training of presenters, journalists and programmers.

Paul is co-author of a highly acclaimed and popular textbook on radio journalism, originally published 18 years ago, which has been translated into four languages and is in use in colleges throughout the world. The latest edition was published by A&C Black in May 2009.
